Niyo, a cutting-edge office space spanning 21,000 square feet, has been meticulously designed to inject flexibility and comfort into the traditionally structured corporate environment. 

With a seating capacity of 280 and a forward-looking approach, the floor plan allows for future expansion, accommodating an additional 100 individuals.

The office boasts diverse spaces, including leisure areas, a sports section, discussion spaces, meeting rooms, and a cafeteria, catering to the multifaceted needs of its occupants. 

​

At the heart of the design is the glass conference area, serving as both a functional centerpiece and an aesthetic focal point, promoting transparency and openness. Remarkably, the entire project, encompassing execution and design, was completed in a swift 75 days with a total investment of 3.2 crores, attesting to efficient project management.

Niyo's design philosophy revolves around the fusion of functionality, vibrant colors, and varied materials, creating a space that enforces vibrancy and flexibility.
