Finflex, a prominent fintech company situated in Bangalore, has recently expanded its operations with a new office designed to accommodate up to 70 individuals on a single floor.

Notably, this expansion is housed within a residential apartment, prompting a design approach that maximizes space utilization without necessitating structural alterations.

 

The focus of the design is primarily functional, concentrating on the working floor's efficiency with strategically placed workstations, conference rooms, and calling booths.

 

To further enhance the workspace, leisure activities have been purposefully segregated to the terrace area. The terrace features a cafeteria with a viewing area for larger gatherings, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, along with a sports area for recreational pursuits.

 

This thoughtful design amalgamates functionality with an understanding of the inherent constraints of a residential setting, providing Finflex with an innovative and practical workspace.
