The design proposal for SMITH's Bangalore office, catering to a staff of 45-50, prioritizes creating an efficient and comfortable workspace tailored to the company's specific needs. The primary focus is on providing ample and ergonomic working desks for the sales team, ensuring they can operate their systems comfortably. Special attention has been given to addressing noise concerns, particularly during sales pitches, to maintain a conducive work environment throughout the day.

To facilitate quick discussions, conferences, and meetings, dedicated spaces have been incorporated into the design, promoting seamless collaboration among team members. The color scheme has been intentionally chosen to be vibrant, injecting energy into the office atmosphere and fostering a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

In addition to functionality, the design also integrates a significant amount of plantations, creating a green and refreshing ambiance within the office space. This touch of nature not only enhances the aesthetics but also contributes to a positive and healthy workplace atmosphere.
